Lessons on students' own horses will be available as haul in to the farm or your safe facility within 20 miles of LaMoure. Mileage fees apply. We offer private or group lessons on student owned horses, 2-5 students. Please note we do not have a sand arena at this time, and students will be riding in an enclosed or open outdoor area with grass/dirt footing, depending on their needs.
Horseback Riding and Horsemanship lessons are available for students ages 5 to adult. Beginning students learn balance, correct posture and cues to move the horse. All students will learn how to communicate with the horse effectively, care for the horse, and build a relationship with it. Students will have lessons both on the ground and in the saddle.
